This three-day plein air workshop focuses on design and composition, using the challenge of dappled light as the foundation for learning. Set against the beauty of Central Florida, you'll paint majestic live oaks draped in Spanish moss, charming streets, lakes, gardens, and historic architecture. These carefully chosen locations give you rich opportunities to analyze a scene, simplify it into three to five basic value shapes, and create compelling compositions through thoughtful design.

Workshop Description

Join internationally recognized artist Morgan Samuel Price for an immersive painting workshop in beautiful Winter Park, Florida. Whether you work in oil, watercolor, acrylic, gouache, or pastel, this workshop is designed to strengthen your artistic vision while helping you develop greater confidence, stronger composition, and a more expressive painting style.
